hug.gif you really didn't fail, the only failure is giving up completely and you haven't. Have you thought about taking you losses and placing the on a graph? It will help to see that even during the times you maintain you are still ahead of the game, you aren't moving up. Take care and hug your sweet girl today for extra strength, that is what I do when I am feeling really down, I will hug Thomas (Matt doesn't like it anymore he is too big) and I feel that extra feeling of WOW, yes I can do this. hug.gif

You did great maintaining. I know you don't feel that way, but you are working hard and that's what counts. So you aren't moving as much as you'd like, but honestly the fact that we are doing something at all in this miserable weather/winter time is great IMO. I am so ready to get outside it's driving me nuts. wacko.gif

Keep it up Di. Don't let your feeling of failure get you down because that won't get you anywhere. Just keep going and I promise you will see results. hug.gif

Di you are doing such a great job. Maintaining is good. I know we always want a loss, but maintaining tells us what we need to 'tweak' to get the loss next week.

Hang in there! Don't get discouraged b/c then you'll start gaining. wink.gif hug.gif

Good job getting the activity in on the Wii, today is a fresh start, you can do it. There was a spot on our local news last night about some guy losing almost 10 pounds by just playing on the Wii for 30 minutes a day. Wii workouts work He is acutuall from Philly. Great work.

hug.gif Di. It probably is ovulation doing it to you. I know AF is right around the corner for me and I'm fighting off the cravings too. wacko.gif If you don't have to don't go anywhere for lunch so it won't be so tempting. Order in something better for you.

hug.gif hug.gif Hang in there.
