D is 2 and a half now. She has a big girl bed, a single, has been out of the crib since she started climbing out but she is crawling in bed with us almost every night. She puts herself to 'night night' with a movie every night, most nights falls asleep in bed, then wakes up and crawls in with us. Other nights she waits until we are sleeping and crawls in. I know I should put her back in her bed but I have to get up really early (common excuse lol) and can't deal with being up an hour every night with her screaming. So how do you keep your kids in bed? I have no idea. She wakes up all the time in bed with us too but not her in bed. ahhhh!

When Erin was about that age we had the same issue. I put pretty pink sheets and one of those net things that hangs from the ceiling and the net falls down around her bed - she calls it her "princess" because we made such a big deal calling it a princess bed - and that seemed to be enough for her to stay in her bed. Now the "princess" is pushed aside and not wrapped around the bed but she still stays in there. So if you can find anything that just amazes her and install it in her bedroom it may help!

Convincing the world that the only way to solve the ongoing issues while raising children is PERSISTENCE. You have to keep trying things and not give up........ they eventually go away on their own. ;-)
