I have a recipe for cookies and it says brownulated sugar, but I couldn't find any at the store. Would it make any difference if I used regular brown sugar? I've never even heard of brownulated sugar.

Brownulated sugar is a type of brown sugar, but it is much drier than regular brown sugar - the texture is more like white sugar. I've never actually used it so I don't know about substitutions.

I wonder if I could use raw cane sugar or light brown sugar instead?

A quick google search says you can just use regular brown sugar or regular white sugar. Good Luck!!
