The hair I wish I had...lol Group: Members Posts: 21,560 Member No.: 157 Joined: 4-May 03	at my doctors visit today...I wieghed in at 160...what a crock. I have to admit that I drink pop every now and then...but not even half as much as I use to...mostly water and tea now. And I mostly drink diet pop. I have cut out alot of sweets...Again...I say...WHAT A CROCK. Praying For Spencer Group: Moderators Posts: 29,769 Member No.: 243 Joined: 11-August 03	HA you should see how much I weigh I would kill to be 160 again (I weighed ALMOST that when I got my bc shot ) I'm sorry your not what you want to weigh!! LOL Well girl, just create yourself a failproof environment..get rid of all the cookies, cakes, sodas, chips..whatever and replace with nice healthy stuff!
