I am taking an OTC prenatal vitamin since I'm nursing. I was taking a calcium/magnesium supplement when I was avoiding all dairy including hidden. Now I'm just avoiding all obvious dairy at the moment until I speak more with Megan's therapist.
Anyways, is there such a thing as taking too much calcium? Or too much magnesium? -------------------- ~*Karen*~

I think I've read that your body just doesn't use what it can't use---I don't think calcium is one of the minerals you can OD on. They want you to take it with citrus for better absorption. I don't know anything about magnesium, and I could be wrong about calcium. -------------------- Tracy, George and Daniel (11/25/02)
