Leishee's Chunky Potato wedges(family recipe) Here goes: You will need: Small kitchen brush,Baking sheet,Pastry brush,Sharp knife,Chopping board,Small bowl! Ingredients:450 grams(1 lb) potatoes, 4-5 tablespoons of sunflower or olive oil, Salt and Pepper. Tasty Traditional Tips: To give a Mediterranean flavour to the potato wedges,sprinkle them with dried mixed herbs before cooking them!They go fantastically well with tomato ketchup(sauce). Make delicious parsnip wegdesby cookingparsnips in the same way in the same way as the potatoes. Extras:Mayonnaise,Ketchup,BBQ sauce. These will go well with any dishes and make an Ideal dinner for my sons Ryan and Damani who are 10 months and three years!But they make a tasty snack on their own to. What to do: 1.Set the oven.Scrub the potatoes until clean.Cut them in half lenghwise,then cut them into narrow wedges! 2.Brush the baking tray sheet with oil.Lay the potato wedges in one layer on top,then brush them with oil and season. 3.Bake the potato wedges on the top shelf of th oven for about 20 minutes or until crisp,golden brown,and puffy.
