I'm a 'Blue' guy myself. We painted our office blue and Dee Dee did a great job with a wall in the living room. She picked one blue paint and one purple blue and spunge painted one color on top of the other. It really came out very nice.
Lol, if it was only up to me the whole house would be shades of blue |

But, I am not a big blue person. hehe. I thought the wall would come out with more of the purple. It turned out more blue than I expected, but it turned out better than I expected since it was my firt time sponge painting. -------------------- |

Green, green and more green. We have that colour in many shades all through the house and we love it. It seems so fresh and a live.

We have an aqua/green paint on our iving room wall, with rose antique couch and chair, mahogany coffee tables which match the wood on the couch and chair frames, and hunter green accents. (Curtains, mats in picture frames, candles...etc)
Our kitchen is painted white, and I took some sponges and made a funky songe pattern up near the ceiling, like a border, in red, dark blue, bright green, and yellow. Big Circles, and smaller random spnge shapes around the circles. I painted all the cupbard doors white as well, and took the small sponges and painted the outside frame of all the cupboard doors with the same shapes as around the upper section of the wall, and I did the same to the window frame. I also have colored handles on all the doors, and will be changing the tiles in my kitchen to brightly colored ones as well... although I'm thinking of re-doing my whole kitchen anyways, because I'm getting tired of seeing all the colors everywhere..maybe a sage green with a light peach, and restoring the original wood finish on all my cupboard doors? -------------------- The richest people don't have the best of everything, they make the best of everything.
