Or else I'll have to thaw it in the microwave when I get home. DH gets home at 4:30, so I can call him on his cell and get him to take the meat out before he goes to the store to get the shells... then by the time I get home, I put the meat in a pan, cook it...15 minutes? then put the stuff together and chow down. I was kind of thinking/craving something with salad. I've been craving a big salad.
