I've started on the right track since the New Year, have been doing really well the last 2 weeks with eating well and getting excercise in almost daily, so I'm starting my 2007 journal.

Right now my goal is just to shape up my back so that in a couple weeks I can feel proud when I get my new tattoo.

wavey.gif Welcome back Marie (pun intended). You will do it, I so envy you, DH doesn't really like tatoos and I don't have the heart to go against his wishes to get one. I will work on him during my weightloss journey (it will be a long one) and hopefully I will get one when I lose all I have to.

Well lets put it this way Terri, I told dh today that they called me to tell me my design was ready and I was going on Saturday to look at it, he gave me a look and told me I didn't NEED another tattoo.

Ummmm, no I don't NEED it, but I WANT it, and I'm going to GET it laugh.gif

Di, I'm going to get a cross with sunflowers intertwined. It's to represent my faith that things work out accordingly, and sunflowers are a symbol representing drepression. I will get at least one closed flower to represent the bad times, and a couple open ones to represent the good.

Thanks for the welcome back guys.

Breakfast:
Oatmeal with raisons. Glass of milk.
Lunch:
half a can of tuna, a cup of chick peas, 2 serving of vegetables, tablespoon of dressing. Water.
Dinner:
Steak, potatoes, corn on the cob.

I went for a walk with Anthony today.

I had a really bad day today, Anthony was a monster, fretting about Ron and I, and still no job or prospects of one, so needless to say I needed to get out this evening.

I went and got a book at Chapters, got a couple coffees and a muffin at the coffee shop and chilled out.

I'm still in a less then impressive mood, but it was nice to get out and get something to drink at a coffee shop and relax a bit.

Afternoon Snack:
mixed fresh fruit chunks

Dinner:
Chinese food (everything was actually quite low in fat), but I still had just a bit much, should have had the extra egg rolls

Dessert:
Chocolate pudding

EEK I had a lot of popcorn last night, and a hot chocolate.

In total I had 60 oz of water.

Gosh, I new last night I was forgetting something.

2 plates of raw vegetables with dip. Thank goodness I don't use a lot of that.

It's nearly 11:30 here and I have yet to eat breakfast, or drink, so I'm off to do that. Oatmeal, a fruit, and milk.

Have a great day everyone. hug.gif

LOL sorry I was waiting for tonight to update. Since I'm here though, here goes.

The weekend was a flop, we had take out a couple times and I was busy the whole time so I didn't get to the gym.

Today is a new day though, and it didn't start right rolling_smile.gif rolling_smile.gif I didn't eat breakfast as I just wasn't feeling it, I layed down while Anthony watched tv since I didn't sleep a wink last night.

I ate a snack at 11:30, half a yogart (I decided to try one of Ron's but forgot that his has a lot of sugar in it, which I tend to stay away from in healthy things).

Lunch:
WW wrap with an egg, half an avacado, some broccoli sprouts.
Bowl of crm of mushroom soup.

Snack was an apple, 6 ww crackers with peanut butter and cranberries (this was actually super yummy, I got it from Kraft Kitchens).

Dinner tonight will be:
Salmon, WW rice, mixed vegetables, and maybe some corn on the cob.

I got a proper scale also and got it working.

I am 207 lbs, I am carrying 37.5% body fat ohmy.gif and 45.00% water.

No idea yet on what will be my snack tonight, but I do plan on going to the gym after dinner to do something.

So far I've only had 20oz of water, and nothing else to drink. I'm going now, will update later.

Thanks for checking in Karen.

Forgot to add that I started taking my "one a day weight" vitamins. I suck at taking them daily so I really have to remember. This is in conjunction with my extra Vitamin D which I haven't taken in a few days either. wacko.gif

After dinner I had a slice of carrot cake, but it wasn't the cheesy nasty kind.

I made it homemade, carrots, walnuts, coconut, and pineapples. Replaced the oil with applesauce, and use half ww flour. No topping, soooooooooo good.

Went to the gym tonight, did 20 minutes on the eliptacle, 20 minutes on the bike, 2 sets each of abs on the ball, inner thighs with the ball, and butt and thighs with the ball. Had a great workout.

Got home and had a slice of multigrain toast with a smidge of cheese whiz, a cup of grapes and a glass of milk.

Total water today was 60 oz.

Feeling great tonight besides the fact that it's yet again 1:00 in the morning and I'm not snooze.gif

Sorry I didn't get back here yesterday. Sounds like you are eating healthy. Probably a lot healthier than me, lol.

I must admit I don't know much about the body fat/water stuff so I can't comment on that. Is that bad, good? I always say I'm going to figure out all that stuff, including the BMI, but never really have.

Hey, I see you got a workout in too last night. Great job. thumb.gif

Keep up the good work Marie. You will get to where you want to be the way you are going. cheerleader.gif cheerleader.gif
