Breakfast-banana and small bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch
Lunch-eggplant parmesan, small-ish bowl
Snack-Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich bar
Dinner-salmon, mashed potatoes, Caesar salad, lemonade

Not so great on healthyness factor...better tomorrow!

Peggy's Journal

Food:

Breakfast- Didn't eat any.
Snack- chocolate cookies- 4 I think and jugged some milk
Lunch- 2 Mcd's chicken strips with barbecue sauce. Fries
snack- more choc. cookies, juice box and water
Dinner- A meatball sub, Orange slice and cheese sticks.

Hmmm... I think I have a lot of improvement. Amanda, you are my inspiration. Nicole you too. Love ya girls. wub.gif hug.gif

Amanda, I think your daily menu sounds great for being pregnant. Don't forget, you are supposed to have 300 extra calories.....wait- I guess more since you are nursing and pregnant.

just don't forget the water!!!

I loooove it...the breaded kind from Trader Joe's is what we love to use, it's easy to make, and then we put some pasta under it and bake it in the oven with some pasta sauce over it...YUM!
