| I spotted on Friday, barely anything, literally just a spot, but nothing since. So if AF comes in the next couple days, do I count ovulation from the day of spotting or from the day she actually comes? |

I don't know, but if I had to guess I'd say from the day of spotting I think. But someone else who actually knows about these things might say differently.  I am one of those people who can always tell when they're fertile and I have a pretty good idea of the day I actually ovulate without really trying, just from how much CM there is and the consistency and stuff. Lately I've been getting cramping on one side on the day I ovulate too. |

| I count from the day of actual AF Marie. HTH, last month I spotted for 4 days before actually getting AF, so I did not count those 4 days. |

Well I spotted just a little, nothing really, actually I wiped and there was a spot of blood, and nothing since (that was Friday). Here I am Monday night and still waiting. |
