Well, I figure if I can't win, then maybe a friend can win.

I couldn't afford the closing cost either. I think they say that most people opt for the cash (I guess there is an option to resale the house before you even take possesion of the house) and then purchase a house that is more economically feasible to substain. The taxes on that thing is probably outrageous. I'd want to take a souvenier from the house though.
