I am happy to report that in 7 weeks I have lost 11.8 pounds.
It was not hard at all at first. I didnt even really start getting into serious exercise until about the middle of it and then fell of the wagon for 3 weeks, but I am back on..and going strong.
this is a really good program if anyone is interested.

I was thinking of doing that WW program but I only need to loose 15 lbs at the most would it still be worth it? I mean do you think I could do it on exercise alone?
I was thinking about Curves but I dont know it doesnt seem to be all that I dont know how to word it

I couldnt lose 15 pounds on my own..
This is what they refer to as a life style, its something they teach you to do and then you have to do it forever to maintain the weight.
they assign you a point system, and it goes by your activity level and weight and some other things, that determine a number for you, then you are given a book and every food, condiment and thing that goes into your mouth is assigned a number value, you are allowed so many points a day. you chose what and when you eat..you just have to stay in your points..
really its not hard to do, mainly its just do I want to or not...
and I just started the exercise part..they dont help with that part at all except to day do it..
i think curves actually helps???

i do like the program..I think it might be worth it to enroll during a free enrollment time, and then i only pay $9 a month, but you can pay monthly..
so if you ask me, yes its worth it, but i do it...

good luck with the 15 pounds. this is the hardest time to do it with the holidays coming.
