I did my yoga DVD last night and OY remind me not to go over a week with out doing it. man that was HARD my butt and arms are a bit sore today. I need to make me a scheulde of rotating things and stick to it. Sure made the lifewalker feel like a breeze.

Yoga is SO HARD At least I think it is. I never could do yoga or pilates too well. We have some classes at our gym that I thought about taking, but I'm too scared that I will fall flat on my face.
I'm glad you got your workout in, Di! Don't let the soreness and the difficulty discourage you from trying again. Try it again tonight, but take baby steps and don't push yourself to go the entire length of the tape. You can work your way up. I'm proud of you! |

Ok, I will. I know I have to rotate my workouts for sure. I can't do my taebo several days in a row, that's pushing myself too far, but I also can't go DAYS before doing it or I feel like the tar has been beat out of me.

OH goodness I know how you feel I went almost a month without doing my gazelle when I started back OMG I hurt bad... anyway keep it up you can do it!!!

Well at least you know it's working, right? Sorry it hurts so bad...I totally kwym! I have never been too great at yoga. It takes a lot of practice I guess. The more you do it, the easier it gets...which I guess is what you can say about anything, right? Although I don't think yoga EVER got easier for me! LOL! Rotating your type of workout is always a good idea. Keep up the good work!

Ya know, most people (AKA my family) don't think yoga and pilates are "real" exercises....then they try them....and then they're sore for days afterwards. I always find it funny when my mom or my friends tell me they can't get a good work out with yoga. You're proof positive that it IS a work out. I'm so glad that you've started it. Hope you get to feeling better, and keep up the good work.
