How do I go about taking my measurements? I'm clueless on this and I really want to do it. Course in my opinion if I was losing inches I'd feel it in my clothes and I'm not, but I want to take my measurements anyways.
Can someone give me the Measurements for Dummies course, PLEASE? -------------------- ~*Karen*~

Do you have a measure tape? I use the one from my sewing kit b/c it is really flexible.
This is what I measure monthly... calf upper arm thigh waist (right above belly button) lower waist (below belly button) hips (widest part of your rear-end) chest (center tape on breasts) I think that's it. Is this what you needed to know? |

Yes, I have a measurement tape....somewhere.
And yes, thank you Aimee, that's what I was looking for. I figured some of the places I had to measure but I wasn't quite sure with the stomach in particular where to measure. Thanks alot! I will take them 1st thing tomorrow morning. edited for grammar. This post has been edited by boogabearzmom on Jan 20 2006, 08:16 PM -------------------- ~*Karen*~

You'll want to measure your main areas: Arms, Bust, Waist, Hips, Thighs, and Calves
Just take a measuring tape (preferabling a seamstress tape) and measure around the widest part of those areas. Then when you're working out, try to focus on those areas and the muscles that control them. That will help them shrink faster. I hope that helps. -------------------- Erika

Nope because I can't find my sewing measurement tape. I'm going to have to buy one this weekend. -------------------- ~*Karen*~
