My jeans are fitting me a lot better lately. I know I have only been on this diet for almost 2 weeks, but my jeans don't seem as tight on me. Maybe it is all in my head but I am liking it. thumb.gif

probaly not I had on pants jsut the other day that were snug 2 weeks ago now they have room. I credit my working out to that, even though the scale is only creeping down I should take measurements and see the results of that as well.

I have heard that you can lose a lot of inches, but not see any weight loss. Why that is I have no idea. I should take my measurments too and see how many inches I am losing as well as how many pounds.

No you are probably right, they are looser. 2 weeks actually can help alot. I watched the biggest loser for the first time last night and these people were losing like 30 lbs in 2 weeks!!!!!!! ohmy.gif

Because 1 lb. of fat takes up much more space that 1 lb. of muscle. So if you lose 10 lb. of fat and gain 10 lbs. of muscle you will look & feel much better but still weigh the same!
