Rode my bike to work!! I am going to ride it for now on (weather permitting) I figured that I am going to get excersise and save on gas. It isn't a long ride, maybe about a 1/2 mile, but any excersise is good.

Awesome. I would SO ride my bike to work if it was closer. I'm about 10 to 15 miles from work. Not sure I'm spunky enough for that.

That is wonderful!! Dh mentioned riding to work however it is 7 miles of back roads up and down hills. He got a bike from a friend and rode almost 3 miles to his parents house and couldn't make it back. Don't think riding to work will happen for a long time. So glad you can do it. Way to go!!!

I wanted to get a seat for the back of my bike too, but DH wants be to get one of those bike trailers for her. He is scared that if I fell for some reason she would get hurt being in the seat. But she wouldn't get hurt in the bike trailer. The only thing is those trailer are $100.00 or more. -------------------- |

That's great. I am proud of you. If these gas prices keep going up, I might have to join you.
