Can someone explain to me the at-home workout with weights one can do for the underarm flabbiness? I need it....BADLY.

Here are some good ones...I do some of these and have noticed a difference.
Arm Exercises Arm Exercises 2 The over the head one is one of my favorites. It really works the backs of the arms. The kickback is another effective one. |
