Raygen was about 2 when we had to have her hair cut for the first time. Her nags were starting to get into her eyes.

Avery is 2 and probably won't need a haircut til she's 5. Her hair will just not grow! I do trim her bangs though.

Ben had his for his first birthday, Al had hers for her second birthday, although, I only had them even out the baby hairs and give her bangs, so she really has only had a trim.

Alyssa was four when she got her first haircut, it was a trim then the next time we cut it off (only about 3months later) she had BEAUTIFUL curls and I didn't want to mess with them

Aiden is 18 months and he has already had 4 haircuts. Tanner was the same way.

Brooke had her bangs cut for the first time around 1, an actual haircut (just a trim) we didn't do until about 6 months ago so she was over 4. Madison didn't need a haircut until she was about 2 and had her bangs cut, then she had her first real haircut at her request at 2 1/2. She loves haircuts - she would get one every month if I would let her.
I don't take them anywhere yet though, grandma cuts their bangs and does Brooke's trims since she has perfectly straight hair and we don't do anything fancy. Madison's next cut will be done by a hairdresser friend of SILs because she has more difficult hair to work with. |

Olivia went when she was 4. Before that she was pretty bald. FWIW, several hairdresser friends encouraged me to get trimmed up what was there to encourage healthy growth. I don't know if that played a part in getting it to come in or what but that child has the biggest mess of thick hair now. You'd never know she was a baldy unril 3.5 -------------------- Cheryl, Olivia's mom

Hanna was probably close to 2 when I first trimmed her bangs, but no real haircut until she was 3. Just a trim too. I got her hair cut short in May of this year at the age of 4 and I'm letting it grow back out now. Aubrey is 16 1/2 months and hasn't had one yet. She'll probably be the same, I'll just cut her some bangs to keep them out of her face or something.
