I have a 7.5wk old son and i breastfed him for the first 3 wks and then he became too demanding and I quit. At 4.5wks i tried him again but at 5.5wks i quit once again. Now I really want to do this but I need to get my milk supply up and going again by pumping, but I don't know how often I need to pump and how long to pump each breast for in order to achieve this. Please help

Pump every 2-3 hours for 20 minutes per breast. Also, there is a medication called motillium that increases milk supply. Good luck!
