Over the past holiday season my kids and their cousins were at a family members house. Since it was somewhat nice outside they were playing for a while outside (in a rural wooded area).
One cousin had gone camping the previous summer and had learned to tie a few different kinds of knots. They decided to play an escape game where they would take turns, tying up everybody to a tree and other examples of me seeing my son with hands tied behind back, feet tied together trying to squirm around and get free. I guess it was a fun way for them to play and hangout. I don't remember playing anything like that as a kid. Has anyone played this or been in a situation like this? If you saw your kids doing this, what would you do, stop it or allow it to continue? Growing up I was tickled a lot by my brother. I remember a time when he snuck up behind me and grabbed me to the couch and tickled for what seemed like forever, never was really able to get him back. Has that every happened? |
