I gain a couple days before, usually about 2-3 lbs. I carry it for about 3 days and then it drops.

Can you tell I chart my weight frequently? tongue.gif

I gain sometimes - probably equal parts water retention and increased food intake. tongue.gif

I gain just enough the day before to make my jeans fit a little differently, then by the second day it's gone and I'm back to normal.

I've never tracked it but I certainly have that "bloated" feeling before.

YES. I'm struggling with it right now. I workout a lot, so I shouldn't be gaining, but ever since I started this new b/c, I've been gaining each month. And it is always worse the week before AF, which is THIS week. I'm up 10 lbs since last year. Hate it. Stress and hormones are not my friend.
