Jakob at the dr today, funny

I took Jakob in for his yearly physical today, and he had a hearing test in the dr's office.
I have to share what fun it was!

First let me say, that the "nurse" we had was not one I am fond of, for one she is a medical assistant that tends to pass herself off as a nurse, and no matter what time of day you see her, she is alway in a bad mood. I truely think peds is not her field. I avoid her normally at all costs.
So today we were lucky enough to get her, and she told Jake he was getting a hearing test and put the tool in his ear and said now say beep when you hear a noise. So she goes thru the whole test and he says nothing. So she says, Jakob did you hear anything? He says, Oh yes I did. She says well you need to say beep, he says, OH! I forgot! so she does the test a second time..she goes thru the test and he said beep one time, and thats it. So she said, Jakob did you only hear one noise? He said no, I heard alot. She said you need to say beep each time you hear the noise, Jakob says, OH you didnt say that! so she repeats the test for a third time (by now you know I am thinking this is pay back miss. not so nice medical assistant for all the other times we have been here! and I am of course not being helpful!) so she again repeats the test a third time, and this time I said to him raise your arm each time you hear a beep ok? So she goes thru the test and he doesnt raise his arm or say beep! So she again says, Jakob did you hear the beeps? He said yes I raised my finger, didnt you see it??!! LOL LOL!
so she again repeats the test,and this time, the fourth time, he raises his hand 5 times and completes the test..she says ok Jakob finally, you heard all the beeps, and he says....
I DIDNT HEAR A THING!!!

I was cracking up!

she said we are done here...

ummm wonder if she might avoid us at all costs now too..

I so love Jakob!
