I am bored bored with every work out I have. Drives me crazy. 7 months of the same ole same ole. I went to Wal Mart and got a walk away the pounds DVD..

I think it sounds interesting. It says it mixes brisk walking with short 2 minutes intervals of kicking boxing, stretches and regular boxing moves.

I hope I love this for a month or so.

I have her 1 mile, 2 mile and 3 mile dvd's. I think those are the ones I have. I used them before getting a treadmill. Ahhhh, they are ok in my book. I got bored with them really quick and wished I had a treadmill, so I went out and bought one, lol. But if you are getting bored with other routines this might be the trick, at least for a while.

I know what you mean about getting bored. I'm getting bored with my taebo ones so I'm thinking of getting some new ones this weekend if I can swing the cash.

I used them for awhile. I like the weights it came with ( I have the 1,2,3,mile videos) However, my son has taken the weights and uses them as his bowling balls, I liked them because I knew I had walked a mile, it helped with upper body and you did more than just walking. I use the steps whenever I get a chance ( 10min her e 20min there) so I liked them. Good luck. biggrin.gif
