It makes me tired if I work out before lunch. Anytime after that and I'm wired.

Exercise at night sure helps me sleep, especially if I really push myself during my work out. I'm usually pooped afterwards. tongue.gif

I can't sleep well if I workout too close to bedtime. My adrenaline is still going! But a cup of hot tea or a bath helps.

A bath has opposite effects with me, lol. If I take a shower when I'm tired, then I'll be up for a few more hours. I'll try to work out around 10am and see how that goes. I finally got some sleep last night, my dh wasnt here, go figure LOL.

At night helps me sleep and in the morning makes me feel so refreshed and motivated for the day.

"EXPERTS" say not to excercise at night because it can keep you up, but whenever I work out hard, I'm beat afterward. Since I started swimming a few weeks ago, I sleep like a baby snooze.gif baby.gif
