mad.gif I am so frustrated with myself. I'm always telling people to not skip their stretching and warm up. Do I listed to my own advice? NO smash.gif smash.gif I had limited time to workout this afternoon so I went straight into my step routine without warming up and have pulled something in my shoulder. Thankfully tomorrow is an off day for me, but still mad.gif

Taking one's own advice is always a lot harder than giving the advice to someone else. smile.gif I'm sorry you pulled your shoulder. Rest up and do some ice and heat therapy on it. hug.gif

Thanks for the sympathy everyone. I lathered my shoulder with Icy-Hot last night (DH calls it husband repellant laugh.gif ) and it feels better today. Still sore, but at least I can move it without crying.

I read an article in a magazine one time that said stretching wasnt that important. I have always wondered about that. But yeah I definetly need to start doing that too. My knees have been hurting after I work out on the elliptical.
