I was told to wait 6 weeks but must I really tell you when I actually started working out? tongue.gif About 6 months pp. Alot of that was honestly due to the fact I wanted to be sure my supply was well established and that weight loss wasn't going to affect it too terribly.

Oh I started walking the day after, it was short trips but they encouraged it to help my c-section heal faster. So I went for short walks when the weather was nice, or to the mall to walk around. However something like the tybo I woudl waite 6 weeks.

I was ordered to wait until 8 weeks after birth b/c of so many problems. And even then I didnt' feel good doing it. I was SOOOOO enemic that I would almost pass out while walking around the apartment complex pushing the stroller. sad.gif

Do you feel like you are ready? Are you still bleeding? Have you seen your dr yet?

Light walking/aerobic activity as soon as [1] ob sez it's okay and [2] as soon as your comfortable. Don't pressure yourself; reap small rewards, it takes time. You can do it though.

just make sure and cheerleader.gif yourself on and make sure you take a coffeetime.gif break.
