Sinec he started there (he works at the clinic here in town doing several different jobs, like shredding paper and odd jobs like that) cleaning) they've never had work for him. In the summer he worked from 12-5 each day. Thenschool starteda nd he went to two weeks. For the last 3 months especially, he'll come in and ask if they have work "oh, not really. go ask so and so" GRR so they fired him. Well actually his job ended but he runs around teling everyone he was fired "so they sound meanier" . Great. That money was strictly diaper and formula money too.

Aw...that really bites! dry.gif

Seriously, that's a bummer. Did you say you worked at Wal-mart in another post or did I read that wrong? Could he get a job there?

I'm afraid to even mention this one-- could he do something with childcare?

Now that he'll have a little free (?) time, I say he writes an ariticle on what it's like being a teenage dad with two kids. Aren't there some magazines that pay for articles? Reader's Digest or parenting mags?? He's a good writer and he has kind of a unique point of view; very often the mom gets the kids. I for one am very curious as to what he would write.

What do you say, Henry?? Up to the challenge??

thats what he wants but the place here in town won't let him. so he may in the future.

As for writing i dunno. he doesn't like being steroetyped. He might write an article for private use .smile.gif

I guess I see what you mean, but isn't the stereotype the 17 year old kid who shows no responsibility for his kids? He's the exact opposite of the way so many people view young dads.

Well, just a thought. I hope he finds something.

Actually I hope he holds off for a while. I don't mind paying the kids diapers and formula (mostly because i have a TON of it stocked up, Andriana is weaning nad Peters forumla I bought a TON ffrom several different places and so I've got a LOT of it going. Andriana just gets water now.) and I think he needs to spend more time with his kids before he's working fu;l time this summer.
