Wacko. He starts dissolving into incoherent ravings with about 5min left in the video if you want to fast forward.

I don't know if anyone on here is into scientology, but it really scares me .
this video is so weird... he just continues talking in some weird, long sentence that makes absolutely no sense! It's so weird how he changed so much in the last 10 or so years - he used to be so level-headed and down to earth, and now he just acts so kooky!! -------------------- Jackie - mama to Carly Evelyn (01-05-07) and Bride-to-Be (02-28-09)

A scientologist can be defined by one question: Would you want others to achieve the knowledge you now have?
That's the question he was asked in the interview and that is what he is referring to...it makes a little bit more sense. The way this tape is cut, it appears as though he hasn't been asked questions. They just cut all of that out. I still think he is a freak. And he still bounces around and has NO idea what he is talking about. It's a bunch of mumbo jumbo nonsense. This post has been edited by Maddie&EthansMom on Mar 14 2008, 02:41 PM |

He's so weird. I once saw a video of him where he said if he came across a car crash, he would have to help as a scientologist because he knows he would be the only one who could help.
I don't know if anyone here is in to scientology, but it creeps me out...it just seems like a cult. -------------------- Nina, Mama to Emily Kate, Odessa Jean & Aysun Aleisha.

Don't get me started on this garbage. The Chiro I work for gets things in the mail from them all the time (they assume because he is a chiro he is all about only natural healing, like they are). He also gets phone calls from them and it's irritating. They solicite their members of the "church" (I use that term lightly) by getting them to buy their seminars and that of the like. They hound you like a telemarketer. The thing that really irritates me the most is that they use the symbol of the cross. The cross stands for JESUS and salvation attained through Him, NOT Scientology and Ron L Hubbard. This irritates me because they get a lot of people who assume that because they call it a church and they use a cross, that is has to do with Christian churches when in fact it is nothing to do with a Christian church...not one single bit! They stand and worship and salute a picture of Ron L Hubbard at their meetings...creepy. I really could go on, but I'll get off my soapbox. I know 4 Scientologists that come into our clinic, and yes it is a CULT and it has been made pretty apparent by the things I have heard from them and the things they have told me over the phone when I take the messages (which I refrain from giving my boss at his request, but I act like I take the messages and listen to them ). I need to stop. Whenever I open the mail at work and see things from them I get creeped out. I thrown them out and put them in our recycling bin...perhaps they can make a Bible out of it just out of spite. I don't mean to sound offensive to anyone who is a Scientologist (as far as I know there are not any here), but seeing things firsthand and hearing the things from them personally has gotten me really angry. And Tom Cruise is their spokesperson...need I say more? Oh, and to answer your question, which I was initially going to do... They put you through what they call "audit's". It supposedly helps you "come to terms" with your past and helps you forget things in your past that are harmful to your "inner being". They basically try to turn you into a robot. They also believe a million years ago aliens came down to Earth and spread horrible diseases, which is why we have many mental illnesses. It's their "destiny" in life to rid us of all our mental diseases through their practices so we can be a happy planet. He's such a flake
What is so funny to me is he is just saying the same things that anyone says about their religion....we want to help people, you're on board or you're not, people need their lives changed Didn't say a word that sets Scientology apart, and imho made Scientology come across rather arrogant by sounding like somehow this group of people has got it all figured out |

Wow I almost couldn't watch the whole thing. It's sad that he went from being a decently talented actor to such a crazy person. I couldn't even understand parts of what he said.
And what was that he said about wanting to go on vacation but he can't because he knows? What was that? -------------------- |

Is this guy for real! He made absolutely no sense what so ever! I don't know anything about Scientology, maybe I should google it! But if I do that will Tom Cruise's picture turn up as the answer? What a nut!
