Its october, that means..

Unregistered	I usually start to get depressed right around this time of year and through the end of the year. This month it will be 6 years since I lost Patricia and its always tough. As her date get closer I replay all her lasts in my mind - the last time she went to school and saw her friends, last time we were together as a family, last time we went to the store, last doctors appointments, ect. It has improved over the years but not by much. As it gets closer to the 23rd it will only get harder

I know all to well unfortunetly about these hard dates... I get really depressed when it gets closer to when i lost my sweeties and its actually getting close to when i lost my last to stillbirth.... I do exactly what you do.. i remeber when this was happening 7 years ago, and when he did this and that and so on. I think its a mechanisim to just get through the day is to remeber these things. i know that sounds odd but i feel that if i dont think about these things then ill go bonkers... What you can do is buy a ton of balloons and attach a letter to your daughter and release them. I know its gets hard every year around these dates but as time goes on it will get easier to where you learn how to handle the loss. its been 7 years when i lost jordan and it still get hard around these dates... (((HUGS)))) --------------------
