Has any one had a D& C?, Can you tell me about it before tomorrow

For one at 15 weeks, I was totally under and the other about 8 or 9 weeks I had twilight sedation, so I was awake enough to know what was going on. I am not very comfortable talking about the mechanics of the procedure, but wanted to send you lots of hugs. And my prayers go to you and your family at this time. Afterwards you will have period-like bleeding, some cramping and will need lots of rest. Both physical and emotional rest.
