I posted this in this forum because I am worried (what else is new, right) that while I am away I'll have some sort of anxiety attack and I'll freak out my friends.
My sisters are going too , and they know when I feel bad, they can tell by my face. The weekend is supposed to be soooo fun, we all look forward to this weekend all year. We rent a beach house and just hang out, bond, go shopping, eat, get pedicures, maybe go see a movie, go out to dinner, go for walks..... I have been looking forward to this weekend, but I am starting to feel nervous that my anxiety will ruin it. What if my stomach starts to bother me..... please send some "have fun, RELAX" vibes my way -------------------- ~*~*~*~Edie, Jason 9/23/02, and Emma 11/19/06~*~*~*~

Go have a great time. I know it's hard, but try not to think about the what if's and what might happen. Instead try thinking about how much fun this can be, all the fun things you get to do and the time you have to go away and recharge your batteries so you can come back and be an even better wife and mother. I love those girl weekends to renew myself and come back feeling refreshed and ready to tackle all challenges.

ITA with what the others said. Don't think about the "what ifs". I think it is great that your sisters will be there to calm your nerves if something comes up. Have fun!
