My daughter just graduated for 6th grade today. I went to the awards ceremony on my lunch hour. And I have to say I am so proud of her!!
She received a trophy for 0 blue slips during her entire time at her Middle school. She and another girl were the only in the school. She also received numerous effort awards, honor roll etc. The thing I am most impressed about is she ranked in the top 5% in the nation on her achievement test!! She received the Presidential Excellence Award!! Way to go Brittany. Mommy is proud of you!!! Now if I can get passed the fact she is growing up. She just isnt a baby anymore. Keep up the good work baby so you can support Mommy when she gets old!! This post has been edited by ashade75 on Jun 2 2003, 08:33 AM -------------------- |

Thanks everyone for all your kind words!
It really makes you feel good as a mom when your child does something great. Now if we can make it through the high school years. Supermom I may need some advice. I know you have BTDT. -------------------- |
