QUOTE (MyBrownEyedBoy @ Feb 11 2007, 10:25 AM)
OMG it is so early here. 6:20am! I am so tired.
Coffee, I need Coffee!!!
Breakfast is what I packed, a banana, fat free yogurt and a small bagel, dry.
For lunch, we'll see what food in the cafe beckons. Hopefully it'll look nasty and I'll have a salad, I'll let you all know.

On a side note, this has kept me honest. I passed on a donut yesterday. It probably helps that I have a $50 bet with one of my friends here. First one to lose 50 pounds wins. LOL.

Now there's some motivation. Great job on passing the donut, good luck on lunch today. Remember you have to report back.......... tongue.gif

I managed to eat fairly healthy at the caf. I had a small bowl of tomato florentine soup with two crackers, water and an apple. There were tamales and oven fried chicken, but I passed on those. I also had one of those hersey's miniatures, Dark Chocolate. But only one. I'm planning on putting a turkey breast in the oven tonight with broccoli and sauteed zucchini. I'll make some potatos for Aaron and Logan.

Just an aside. I am at my heaviest ever non-pg weight. However, I am beginning to feel more like my old self. I feel a bit fiestier, a bit more energetic and a bit prettier. I was talking on the phone last night with my mom and before we said goodbye, she said, "I love you, Boo." and I said, "I love me, too." And I meant it. I haven't said that in a while. And she was so thrilled to hear it. She said she was hearing her Boo again.

It was a really rough night. Aaron and I were arguing until nearly 11 and I didn't fall asleep until 12. Then I had to get up at 5. So, very, very tired today. However, I've been really good. Breakfast was yogurt, banana and 1 egg with water.
Lunch, turkey sandwich on lite wheat bread (fresh turkey, not deli), apple and salad, water and diet pepsi.
WI today after work. Wish me luck. I could use some good news.

Dinner was chicken parmesan. Logan called it "pizza" and ate about 1/3 of my chicken. Kept my portion small, I guess. And I'll never complain when Logan eats. He does it seldom enough. LOL. I served it with green salad and "toodles" (Logan's word for noodles), although I skipped the noodles and had extra salad.
Today, I've got leftover chicken "pizza" for lunch. I'll see what the veggie du jour is in the caf for lunch.
Breakfast, 1 egg, fat free yogurt, 1/2 bagel, diet pepsi.
And I had coffee this morning with fat free creamer. (That's kind a "What's the point?" food.)

On the subject of "What's the point?" foods, I found diet, caffeine free Mountain Dew the other day. As far as I'm concerned, that defeats the entire purpose of Mountain Dew. And who wants fat free half and half. Sheesh!

I really want a donut, someone brought them in to work for Valentine's Day. Will Power, I really need you.

Thanks, Marie. Now if only I could get motivated to go to the gym. I hate it and it's so hard to find time with Logan. Used to be easier, but I still hated it then.

Okay, dinner is the pizza Aaron brought home I had to cook.

But here's the good news. I dropped 2 more pounds and I am currently under 200. WooHoo. Even better, I lost 15.5 inches.

Breakfast my first day at home. 2 eggs soft boiled, yogurt.
Lunch, 5 chicken nuggets, side salad from Wendy's.
Water, water, water. I've not been too good at that today, but I went to the store and picked up some more fresh veggies and fruits. I also bought myself 3 new bras. Yeah!! I didn't even mind the fitting. I dropped a band size, still the same cup size.

Made up for the really rotten lunch. Had cucumber slices with vinegar and steamed asparagus for dinner. Oh, and a banana. Logan's been a pill this evening and I've tripped over too many cars to count.

Arrrrgh!! I am feeling totally out of sorts this weekend. It's like I've lost my mojo or something. I ate like crap today at the church fellowship dinner and now I don't want to eat diner for real so I'm thinking of eating carrots. I'm not even really hungry.
What I am is p'd off at my husband. Nother story.

Okay, weigh-in this morning. Down a total of 14.4 pounds since I started this journey. Not too shabby. I'm feeling pretty good about things today.
Breakfast, 2 eggs, fat-free yogurt, diet pepsi, water
Lunch, turkey subway wrap, water
Dinner, I haven't given it much thought, but I'll have to get something out to thaw soon.

Anyway, I have lost nearly 1/4 of my intended total weight loss. I am feeling fantastic and I've started to see a difference even if Aaron is too blind to notice.
Up his anyway, he's still on my list.
