It is official I am now getting rid of all baby (and post baby) weight. It's getting colder so walking outside will be short lived luckily I have a great treadmill that is currently being used for clothes storage It is changing today! I need be be down a full pant size by Thanksgiving and that will definately help with my wardrobe...Only 1 pair of pants currently fit so either I start loosing or sweats here I come...I am not buying more in this size.
Breakfast: Oatmeal and 2 hardboiled egg whites Lunch: Turkey sandwich and a salad Dinner: Roast with potatos, carrots and onions (already cooking and smelling yummy) snacks: ??? I made some yummy bran muffins and I already sliced some cheese in the fridge Dessert: Smoothie. OJ, Strawberries, mango, pineapple and ice -------------------- |

after only 1 month it is already time to start loosing weight? . I am a bit behind schedule. I still can't fit my pre-prego pants over my THIGHS! I apparently carry my baby weight in my butt. Good luck to you. I hope things move faster for you than they are for me!
