Mom has been down for the past two days (another 11 or so to go) and she LOVES her walks. Yesterday we went for 2 and a half hours, up and down the trails here. Today we went for 2 hours, didn't have the car today, but had to go to the Municipal Office, and then we had to get paint supplies so we walked, Robbie biked, and lucky Anthony got to nap in his stroller. wub.gif Needless to say I haven't been doing any other cardio. Still feeling good though.

Been eating pretty good, I had a few cookies today.

Mom is gone, time to get back into a routine.
I wasn't exactly lazy while she was here. I did go for a couple really long walks, and we did a lot of trotting around here and there, went to the beach a couple times (therefore swam), didn't gain anything I don't think while she was here, but now that she's gone, I'll start running / biking again and usuing my ball.

It's 10:52 a.m. and I have yet to have breakfast, so I'm off to do that now.

Lets see, no excercise yet, except for a half hour / 45 minute walk with the kids earlier. Hopefully will fit some ball in tonight.

Breakfast: english muffin with pb and j, glass of milk
Lunch: Spagetti with tomato sauce and 3 meatballs
Snack: Yogart
Dinner: chicken breast, some noodles and vegetables
Dessert: Icecream with caramel sauce

Might have some popcorn later tonight, will edit if need be.

Crap can't edit. Ok so I'll just add to today....
I did have a mini bag of popcorn.
All together today I had 5 glasses of water.

I did get on my ball tonight, and had a great workout.

I started off GREAT, until dh came home, said he didn't like dinner and I let him sabatoge me dry.gif

Breakfast was very late, close to noon, I got out of bed late because it was dark outside and dreary.
I had a small potatoe diced up with 2 scrambbled eggs. Yogart.
1glass water

Lunch:
1 glass water
tuna sandwich on ww. small cucumber.

couple more glasses of water.

Some grapes.

Dinner #1 (which dh didn't like, I agree it wasn't the greatest but we have no food in the fridge or the cupboards)
Slop, consisted of groundbeef, lentils, tomatoes, left over vegs thrown in, and noodles. Bowl of that (couple cups)
Glass of milk.

Here's where the fun part comes in....
Dh sent me out to McPigs......
I only had a kids cheeseburgar happy meal though, and instead of pop I got chocolate milk.

No excercise tonight as I was to bloated to do so. Tomorrow is a new day.

Hi Marie,

Sounds like you are doing great. Dontcha just love DH's, mine has done that to me a few hundred times too. He did that last Friday night, he asked me to stop for Italian sandwiches and pizza for dinner, I agreed and said that I couldn't eat it. Then he felt guilty and didn't want it. I stopped anyway and only ate 1 slice to the pizza. He did feel real bad at that point. Good for you for sticking to the cheeseburger meal and milk. Keep up the great focus and work. cheerleader.gif

Well I've gained 5 lbs in the last 2 weeks. So I guess I'm at square 1 +5 now. I don't understand, it use to be so easy for me to go to the gym. I guess it's easier when all you have to do is maintain, and not lose.

I've been keeping active so far this week, and have no treats the last couple days, although I'm off scedule with eating since I haven't slept well the last couple nights and therefore don't get out of bed till late.

Breakfast : forgot, had a pancake thingy from the store, I'm sure it wasn't healthy, and a hot chocolate from Timmy's that a friend brought me.
Glass of water

Lunch: Chicken noodle soup, a serving of crackers, and some 3 cheese and mushroom dip.
Water, and a juice

Snack in the afternoon: cup of pineapple with juice, and a yogart

Dinner: 2 slices of pork roast, serving of potatos, one of those maple pancake thingys, and 2 servings of brocolli.
Milk

Water

I went for a jog/walk, did really well, then came home and did my ball.

I will probably have an apple for snack tonight and something else healthy, with some more water, and probably another glass of milk.

Yesterday was realllly bad.

I didn't eat anything until 2:00. And didn't eat much throughout the day either.

Didn't excercise as Robbie had a meet the teachers event at his school.

Ok so again I didn't eat until almost 2 in the afternoon. So eating was pretty much out the window, although I didn't eat any junk.

Today, not as late a first meal, although I still didn't eat in time for breakfast.

I ate lunch at 1:00, had some pasta with tomato sauce, and a chicken fillet breaded and done in the oven.

Water

Snack was an applesauce.
Snack #2 was pudding.

Water

Dinner was chinese food, and I had some cream soda.

Water

I think I'm done for tonight as I'm just not in the mood to eat anything.

I did my ball workout tonight as I was on the computer downloading music.

Ok, I'm going to add half my report now since I'm in a forgetful mood today.

Breakfast: I had it for a change. My 2 slimquick, a glass of water, oatmeal, and yogart. Another glass of water.

Lunch, 2 hotdogs (no bun), some celery and cucumbers. Water.

Snack: a granola bar, and an apple.

Dinner: Will be, pork chops, baked potatoe, and some sort of vegetables. Will take my slim quick 30 prior to dinner with a glass of water.

I'm feeling lazy today so hopefully I will get my butt out and get a jog in, and my ball.

DH asked me what I wanted for dessert tonight and I nearly bit his head off. I realized that it's been a week, except earlier this week without tasty treats, and I haven't missed them all that much. thumb.gif

Thanks Terri.

Second half of report:

Dinner: 1 and a half pork chops, small baked potatoe (with some butter, sour cream and cheese unsure.gif unsure.gif ), green beans, zucchini, and corn. Dinner was so awesome.

Right now I'm going to have a treat, a bag of thinsations oreo cookies, and a glass of water and milk.

I went for a one hour bike ride tonight. I'm super proud since I didn't think I was going to do anything. I also did a quick ab workout because the bike ride pooped me out. My legs are feeling it now, so I know I did good. Ok I'm going to stop tooting my own horn now tongue.gif

I took the day off today.
Breakfast: bowl of rice krispies
Lunch: couple slices of McCain Pizza
Dinner: 4 pork meatballs, rice, turnip, brocolli

Dessert, chocolate pudding pie, with oreo cookies.

Some more milk, a coffee and a couple glasses of water.

Didn't do no excercise today.

LAZY LAZY LAZY today.
Got up LATE.

Lunch: beef barley soup, 2 slices of toast, and an egg. (The egg was Anthony's idea unsure.gif ).

Slice of chocolate pudding pie.

Dinner: Fetachini alfredo with shrimp, salmon, and vegetables.

I had probably a glass of juice and hot chocolate all day to drink. sad.gif

I didn't work out because we had a LATE dinner, and I was bloated after the pasta.

Ok I have nothing good to report....I'm just taking it one day at a time, and if I don't stick with it, then I'm not beating myself up about it.

I'm finding it really hard to get out of bed in the morning, therefore not getting out of bed till 11 or 12, I feed Anthony and give him snacks when he asks for one, but the poor child is in front of the tv. Even after I get up and get going, a few hours later, I'm exhausted again and I haven't even done anything. My appetite is next to nothing, and I don't feel like drinking very much either. I don't know what the heck is going on with me. sleep.gif
