First off BF is going GREAT way better than expected seeing as the first 10 days I was pumping and that SUCKED!!! I love not having to pump anymore and little man LOVES to eat ...
Anyways, a few questions I know everything is all about schedules ... I am wondering if I should nurse on a schedule or on demand? -------------------- Jessica

I think what ever works for your family and your schedule is best, but personally, I did a mixture of both. I tried to work around when I knew she would be hungry, and feed first before I left the house and all that, but when she was hungry, I had to feed her KWIM? I think slowly her demands will even out so they are almost scheduled.
I am so glad to hear that BF is working for you. |

I would just feed on demand, or at least every 2 hours or so.

Congratulations on your new little man. I have been away so I didnt know. I nursed on demand untill they were a little older around 3 months or so. I did though always feed them before we went places because I never could bf in a public place. Glad it is going well.

Yay, glad it's going well! It's totally what feels right for you IMO. I scheduled my first (every 2-3 hours), but fed on demand my second. It was easier to feed on demand with a second since the first still required me to work around HIS schedule, kwim? And it actually made me much more relaxed, not having to look at a clock all the time. Which I think less stress helped me keep up my supply too.
