What kind of excercises do you do? I was just curious. I don't really work out, I do a lot of walking. I have been wanting to try pilates or core secrets, but haven't yet. Anyone have any good workouts to try at home?[/FONT]

I do a lot just to change things up a bit. I HIIT on the treadmill, I do regular treadmill, I do weight training with weights, Tae Bo, and Carmen Electra #1 & #2 Striptease workouts. I also have Walk Away the Pounds at home but I only used that when I was first working out. All of this I do at home. I work full-time and don't have time or money to workout at a gym. I also, if it's nice out, will walk with the girls in a double stroller up and down our steep hills on our road. That's a good workout for me too.
Oh I also have a DDR mat and game but I just can't seem to get myself motivated to learn it. But I hear it's good exercise too. -------------------- ~*Karen*~
