I am SO SORE!!! blink.gif I think I did get in a good workout yesterday. tongue.gif I woke up, climbed out of bed and couldn't WALK. My muscles are so sore.

Should I try to go to the gym to stretch it out today?

I wouldn't.. I'd give your body a break just for today, your muscles will just hurt some more by tomorrow!!

If I'm way too sore to even move I give my body a rest. If I'm sore but I feel good I work out through it, which generally makes me feel better. The only time I've been so sore I can't move is when I started lifting weights (last week). I had to take a day off between workouts. blush.gif

BTW, did that class give you a good stretch routine after the workout? IF they had you do lots of stretching you shouldn't be 'in pain' sore. If they don't I'd make sure you do some really good stretching afterwards.

Yeah, we stretched some, but should have done more. I really over did it for my first class. blush.gif I felt okay during the class and I was able to keep up, but I should have known. I'm not as sore right now. I think it was just getting out of bed for the first time, kwim? My muscles just feel really tight. wink.gif I'm pretty sore all over, but my calves are what hurts the most. huh.gif

I'll take the day off. Scotty is home from work today and I'll spend the day with him. happy.gif
