Happy Spring! Group: Administrators Posts: 27,473 Member No.: 2 Joined: 8-February 03	I was going to watch a movie with DH, but he got tired and decided to just go to bed. (That's usually me). SO, I decided to get some work done, started stressing about all the work I have to do, and then got the munchies. I couldn't decide between bagel chips with spinach artichoke dip or one of Ashley's little pudding snacks. So, I ate the bagel chips with spinach dip and then had the pudding snack. If I had just gone to bed. I ruined a whole day of good eating. Just remember it was only 1 night of 365 of this year, 1 night of the 7 this week. You can make positive steps to ward off these munchies, stock the house with healthy snacks.
