My treadmill at home has 8 30 minute programs on it. I LOVE LOVE the programs because I just punch a button and I don't have to think about anything. The problem is now I feel like I need to go longer on it, but since the programs are only 30 minutes long that won't work. Anyone know of a website that gives you workouts on the treadmill so all I would have to do is type up a card with all the levels/speeds for a certain program and do that? Am I making any sense?
I've tried to make up my own routines instead of using the program but I don't think I maximize my workout that way. -------------------- ~*Karen*~

sorry, I'm no help even though I use a treadmill several times per week. I don't use the programs....I just run for 45-50 minutes at whatever speed I can handle that day.
Try a website for your treadmill or nordic track, proform or whatever good luck -------------------- ~*~*~*~Edie, Jason 9/23/02, and Emma 11/19/06~*~*~*~

I just kind of make them up as I go along.
Maybe take one of your 30 min program that is in it, write it down and then just add 1 minute (or 2) to some/all of the different segments of it? |

That's what I was going to say. Or maybe you could just tag another 15 minutes or so onto the end of your 30 minutes program? I suppose then you'd be starting up again after you've already done the cool down then though, huh. Well maybe right before the cool down part of the program starts change it to manual and finish at whatever speed you want and then do a cool down. Lol that might be more complicated than you want. Good luck... right now I'm lucky to do 15 minutes on the elliptical machine so I don't have this problem yet. -------------------- |

I have a proform and mine does have a connection on the back but I didn't think it was for anything. Guess I should read my manual. Thanks. -------------------- ~*Karen*~
