Ok, so last night I went to the gym for about 45 minutes. Half hour on the bike, then some excercises on the ball, and my abs.

Today,
Breakfast:
Multigrain cherrios and I'm trying to finish my yogart.

Ok quick update because I am heading out the door soon. I will check on everyone later this afternoon.

I didn't eat my yogart for breakfast yesterday, wasn't feeling it.

Lunch:
mac and cheese (high in fat, but oh so yummy), I did have a spring green w/ avacado salad with it.

Snack:
Yogart
Apple

Dinner:
Roast beef w/ roasted vegs (carrots, cabbage, celery), rice

Late night snack: (better then most Thursdays)
Healthy Oatmeal cookie
Nachos and Salsa

I did end up going to the gym last night. I did 20 or 25 minutes on the bike, 15 minutes on the row machine, abs and biceps.

I have yet to have breakfast, but it will be
slice multigrain bread with pb
yogart
water

WI today, I'm sooooooooooooo excited, and soooooooooooooo proud of myself.

I'm am 1 lb down from last week, but since last week was AF, in total I am .5 down.

My body fat is down to 36%, that's a drop of 1.5% in total.

Lunch:
Anthony and I went out to eat at Zellers Restaraunt, I had ham and swiss on a crosssant, and a bowl of cream of veg soup, w/ water.

Dinner:
Beef stir fry w/ rice.
cup juice.

I'm going to the gym in about half an hour, I plan on doing 20-30 mins on the bike, 20 mins on the eliptacle, and ball (working on butt and thighs today).

Snack tonight will be tropical fruit, maybe some mini rice cake treats (don't know what they're called, but low in fat, low in sugar and only 100 cals a bag).

I didn't have the mini's yesterday......yeah for me for not adding the extra calories. I ate the whole fruit cup though, and it was so yummmy yummy.gif yummy.gif
Today was a bit of a flop, my birthday so I was allowed off a little. Although I have to say I didn't indulge as I thought I would.

Ron took me out to brunch today, I order french toast with an egg, bacon and a wallop of fresh fruit, however after 1 piece of bacon, and 4 bites of the french toast I saw a hair dry.gif dry.gif Needless to say I wasn't hungry anymore. I did have a glass of water though, and a tea.

When I got home I made my own breakfast. Bacon, scrambled eggs with vegs, 2 ww wraps.

Nothing until dinner. DH again took me out to eat. Authentic Mexican, we shared nachos and gaucamolie, a huge mexican platter, and deep fried icecream (though I only ate half of that and didn't eat the deep fried shell). 2 pepsi (they were so good, I haven't had pop really in a while). I felt good when we left, not over stuffed or glutenous.

Tonight, if I snack, it'll be a yogart or/and some fruit, and water.

I didn't go to the gym today, and not sure yet about tomorrow. It'll be busy as anything. Up at 6:30 (6:30 on a Sunday). Robbie has boat safety at the pool for cadets, I'm volunteering, so we need to eat early so our stomach settles before going to the pool.
While dh takes Anthony to swimming lessons I'll go relax in the sauna, then if dh isn't going to the gym tomorrow, I'll go instead or if it's nice out I'll take Robbie sledding. Going up and down the hills will be excercise enough.

I jinx myself. I've been saying that for the last week and a bit since I've been back at the gym on a regular basis that I've been sleeping great snooze.gif , that was up until TONIGHT!!!!!!!! dry.gif

It's 245am and I'm still awake. I don't know if it's because I had a long nap earlier in the day (hey I was the bday girl), I don't think that's it though, OR because dh is snoring so loud it's shaking the house mad.gif

Ummmm hellooooooo, I have to be up in 3 and a half hours, and be alert. nosmiley.gif nosmiley.gif Not gonna happen, at this point I'm not sure if I'm volunteering tomorrow morning. dunno.gif

Not going to the gym tonight, this weekend has been exhausting.

That's one of the big things I have to work on during the weekend. Ron being home always throws me off everything for some reason. I have yet to have water today but I just finished lunch so I'm going to go and have some now.

Breakfast: unsure.gif didn't eat.

Lunch: ww wrap with ham and baby greens, cheese stick, apple, water.

I've had about 35 oz of water so far.

Going to the gym to play badminton with Robbie, will probably do some abs tonight, and we'll see what else (I'll update).

Don't know what snack will be tonight.

Well we only got to play badminton for 45 minutes, and only about 25 of that was in the gym where we could really move. We were kicked out because there was a basketball game starting.

Grilled cheese sandwich a couple hours before I took Robbie to cadets. I'm getting sick, so I didn't feel like eating an actual dinner. I ate when we got home (I've decided to volunteer as a Training Officer with his corps) so I ended up staying there and not eating early on. That also means one less day at the gym a week, I'll have to substitute on Saturday or Sunday which I haven't been doing yet. It'll be much easier once Spring gets here and I can go for walks with Anthony, or leave Anthony with Robbie while I take a jog around the block.

Anyway when I got home tonight I filled up on calories, I always do this when I feel a bug coming on. Tomorrow I can already feel it, I won't want to eat. My stomach is *blah* puke.gif My throat hurts.

As tomorrow is Valentines and I b***hed about Ron not going out tomorrow with a buddy, I probably also won't be heading out to the gym, so I will try my best to do something at home.

Well this week was pretty much a flop from being sick so I won't even go into my eating journal.

WI today I am the same. Not bad for being sick.

Hoping to get back to the gym on Monday at the latest, although I might try tomorrow if I'm not coughing and if I can breath any better.
