I will look through what I have however sometimes reading about anxiety is not helpful...we can tend to over analyze everything and become more anxious about making sure we are doing all we can for the anxiety.

Workbooks can be helpful if you see any of those that look interesting. It makes you actully put in to action what you are reading.

I think I agree with Brenda, I would probably over analyze myself and make the condition worse. I wonder if inspiration tapes or books would help... something that focuses on the positive? I've never tried any but I could probably use some myself right about now.
I hope you start to feel better soon. -------------------- |

Hmmm, not sure if there is any one book that was the solution for me. I do remember books that focussed on meditation and relaxation techniques were helpful in teaching me how to relax from head to toe, to really be conscious of all the stress I was storing unnecessarily in my shoulders, back, chest, jaw, etc. But it was a conglommeration of books, not one.
I've found talking with other people infinitely more helpful than any book, tbh. Anxiety issues are so very common, and it's both comforting and informative to share with others. At least for me. Pm me if you ever need to talk. -------------------- Jeanne
