has anyone tried this DVD workout? I've been using it now for awhile and have lost 10 pounds already but I wasn't using the program right. You're supposed to do it 6 days/week for 6 weeks n I only did it 4 days/week for 3 weeks. I'm doing it right now (just started again) but was wondering if anyone else has had any results from it.

I bought t right befre we moved...but it is still in the box somewhere down in a box in the basement, so not much help to me smile.gif I got it after a friend raved about it and how much she lost and toned up using it...
