I've really only taught Nora the sign for "nurse" which is clenching and un-clenching your fist like you're milking a cow ( laugh.gif ). This sign also looks incredibly similar to waving bye-bye, which I guess Nora has picked up on. Now every time she wants to nurse she waves at me and says bye bye! wub.gif

Funny thing is that she also says bye bye for any cup or bottle... not sure if she means "ba ba" which we sometimes call a bottle because this was Sophia's word for it, or if she associates drinking milk or water with nursing, so any cup or bottle is the same as nursing? Either way, it's pretty cute love2.gif

laugh.gif How cute is that? tongue.gif I taught Megan my version of sign language for nursing which is patting my chest just above my boob (does that make sense? happy.gif ) AND saying milk? she starts waving her hands in the air, then sucks her thumb and puts her head on my lap - that's HER sign to let me know she does want to. biggrin.gif
