I got an IPod from DH. And to think I was complaining about his yesterday. I can't believe he bought it. He said he's been saving for MONTHS now to get it, that at least made me feel better because we don't have the actual money now to get something that expensive. What a sweetie. He had to give it to me last night, though, because the UPS guy showed up with it after I had gotten home and I was being nosey as to why he was receiving a package.
I really wasn't that in to an IPod, but lately on the treadmill I've been listening to the radio and out in the boon docks we don't great reception on walkmans and I guess I had been complaining a lot about it. This thing is great, though. We downloaded Season 2 of Lost and plugged the IPod into the tv last night and watched the shows on the tv. It was cool. I can even watch shows right on the IPod while I'm working out. Dh said I have no excuse now not to work out. Dern! -------------------- ~*Karen*~

Enjoy! And Happy Birthday Early |

Yeah I didn't know it either. DH's cousin bought Season 2 of Lost on Itunes the other day for DH as a payback for doing some work with him. We actually put them on our computer and hooked the computer up to the tv and was watching them through there. Then when I got the IPod DH said you can plug it into the tv and watch it through that. It was pretty cool. -------------------- ~*Karen*~

Ipods are great, Karen, even if you're not a total audiophile. I use mine like a little mini hard drive. I use it to transfer files between my home and office computers, and Corey watches movies on it during long car rides or boring baseball games. And as you said, it's great to download stuff and hook up to your tv. Steve got some sort of car attachment thingie so it plays out of the car speakers instead of crappy radio stations.

How cool! What a nice gift for him to give. Happy early birthday too! When is your birthday exactly? Mine's this coming Monday, so just curious if we're birthday buddies!
