This has been going on for most of the day.

They have picked up a little in intensity. I know if I call the doctor she is going to tell me to take a glass of water and lay on my left side and see if they go away. Well, they won't I drink nothing but water ...

Suggestions anyone?

You could try lying on your side in the bath, on you left side, it sped up my labour with Thomas. Worth a try.

My midwife always told me that up until I could no longer form sentences during a contraction, I was good to stay home. If you can still function through them it may still be false labor. You could go in to get checked again if you are concerned.

Ya, I have been just hanging out relaxing for the most part I have to get up to go to the bathroom but other than that ... Im just laid back doing NOTHING!

Our prospective is ... if she wants to come ... we are ready for her, and if she is ready to come, there is nothing to stop it ...

That is 100% true..................

She will come when she wants to come, and I don't think any wives tales of inducing labor are a good idea. Like Kelly said, it may just be false labor too.

Ah, right you are!

I think mine were still like 6 or 7 minutes apart when they had me go in but I remember what Kelly's doctor said, that if I could speak or function then I still had some time.

When you say the intensity is increasing, do you mean they feel stronger, last longer, you have to grit your teeth, what?
