Do your prenatals make your baby have more energy? Maybe it is a coincidence, but Ashley seems to sleep better when I switched from taking my prenatals at night to taking them in the morning. She is also more active (if it is possible for Ashley to be any more active) after she nurses in the morning after I have taken my prenatal. Do prenatals give them an energy rush or something?

I'm not sure, but maybe that's why Hannah keeps waking up at night! I take mine at night, too, it's easier to remember before bed. I should try taking them in the morning for a week & see if it makes a difference.

I always take mine in the morning because taking them at night makes me not able to sleep.
I think its very possible that is happening to you. |
