Current Updates: July 4, 2007 Previous Updates:June 4, 2007 Food Lists: follow these instructions to the letter: There are 4 food categories plus allowable liquids listed below. The 4 food categories are Proteins, Vegetables, Fruits and Bread Substitutes. You may have 2 servings from each category per day. They may be eaten at any time throughout the day. Eat your protein portions at least 4 hours apart. No substitutes are allowed. Period. If it’s not on the list, don’t eat it. Even the slightest deviation may be detrimental to your success. LIQUIDS Minimum 8 glasses or 64 ounces (2 liters or 2 US quarts) of liquids each day is mandatory. However, more is better. Make sure that fresh water comprises at least half the volume. So I have to ask, is it hard to follow? B/c it really looks like it is.
Are you still on it? How long does it take? Did you excersise too?? I suck at diets Do you get enough to eat or do you feel hungry a lot?? It looks like a lot of portion control and cutting out the extra fats. -------------------- |

The first few days are rough, especially if you ate lots of breads carbs and starches...but after that, no, it's fantastic. You feel so full..and much better. No, I did not exercise any more than I was, really... and the weight came off super fast.
It's a lot of portion control, yes...but there really is a lot of food if you pick and choose carefully, you can eat "more" than other days... i ate a lot of spinach salads. A whole bowl of spinach salad was about 4 ounces... and a few slices of tomatoes was about 2 ounces.. depends on the veggies you're eating. It's the combination of fats and other nutritional stuff that gets you. It is based on the premise that you burn your own fat, and so your body is "full" from eating it's own fat. When you "cheat", you will feel hungrier, because your body stops using its fat and you will feel hungry. If you follow it strictly, you can and will drop about 17 pounds in a month, completely healthily. -------------------- The richest people don't have the best of everything, they make the best of everything.
