that's great, Shelly, would you mind sharing your diet? If I recall correctly, you are doing ww but are you going online to track points or tracking points on your own using very strict rations to keep the points very accurate or eating ww frozen meals? Just curious as clearly this is working well for you. I can't imagine it would be easy to lose weight when you have a houseful of kids on daily basis....

yes im on WW... I track on my own. Sometime si eat the frozen dinners and the breads etc they have. I go tot the meetings once a week. Its hard because i feed them kraft dinner at times so its tempting... But after about a month it was easy... I LOVE WW ... I have lost 4 pounds this past week.... -------------------- |

that sounds great but how do you track on your own, I mean, for example, say you make a salad...how do you track if you add dressing, do you have to measure an exact amount? Would you mind giving me a sample listing of what you eat in a day? I've heard people randomly say ww is working but I've never really gotten the details. I'm not much into counting points or calories but I would love to lose some weight also. -------------------- |

yes you measure because foods are diff points. You get a set amount of points a day and you have to try not to go over it... on a usuall day this is what i will eat: it varies day to day... breakfast... 1 cup cereal and 1 cup milk with fresh starwberries lunch: A frozen smart one dinner with a salad ( lettuce, egg, dressing, tomatoes, cuc's) Dinner: Chicken breast with salsa, half cup potatoes, 1 cup corn, salad snack: Toast with Pb and banana or a treat ( icecream.. half cup) raw vegies are usually free, lettuce is free, cooked vegies is usually 1 point. fruits are 1 point each you just have to know your portions and its easy to follow. Also i have 1 diet pop a day because thats free and i drink at least 3 full bottles of water and one bottle of water with crystal light on the go packet... You also have to remember to excersise at least 3 times a week even if its just a walk around the neighbourhood. i have been on WW since Jan9th... and i am down 36 pounds. I have gone up 2 times and have lost at least 2 pounds a week sometimes only 1 pound and as much as 5 pounds:) -------------------- |
